Spring Technical Meeting Coffee Stations - $2,500 per day + Cost of coffee station

Be the company to provide morning refreshments from 7:30 - 11:00 AM for attendees outside of the technical sessions for any of the days of the Technical Meeting. Sponsor may also supply napkins and/or coffee cups with corporate logo to be distributed at the coffee stations.

Sponsorship benefits include:

1. Exclusive sponsorship (by day) of the coffee station
2. Acknowledgement poster with sponsor logo for coffee station
3. Special mention in meeting literature
4. Right of first refusal on this sponsorship for the next exposition

Science & Technology Awards Banquet - $500 to $1,500

Benefits include:

1. Company's name on event signage for one spring technical meeting
2. Company's name listed on event program for one spring technical meeting
3. Acknowledgement during the event
