Coffee Stations at the Technical Sessions - $500 per day + Cost of Coffee Station

Be the company to provide morning refreshments for attendees outside of the Technical Sessions for any of the days of the Technical Meeting. Sponsor may supply napkins and/or coffee cups with corporate logo to be distributed at the coffee stations.

Sponsorship benefits include:

Exclusive sponsorship (by day) of the coffee station
Acknowledgement poster with sponsor logo for coffee station
Special mention in meeting literature
Right of first refusal on this sponsorship for the next exposition

Internet Cafe - $5,000 + Cost of 12 Computer Stations

Be recognized with your company logo prominently placed on the Internet cafe sign, plus on the computer screensavers and wallpapers. The Internet cafe is for use by all registered attendees during the exposition hours. The number of stations is determined by the size of the show (odd or even years).

Company logo displayed on sign and computer screensavers and wallpapers

Lanyards for Badges - $5,000 + Cost of Lanyards

Dominate the exposition by imprinting your company name and logo on badge lanyards for attendees. Sponsor supplies lanyards to be distributed at registration.

Hotel Keycards - $2,500 + Cost of Keycards

Put your corporate logo on hotel room keys at the Division's official hotels. Attendees will see your name every time they use their hotel keys during the week.

Exclusive sponsorship of hotel keycards at the Division's official hotels
Special mention in meeting literature

Tote Bags - $5,000 + Cost of Tote Bags

Be recognized with your logo prominently placed on tote bags carried by attendees during the week. Sponsor supplies the bags to be distributed at registration.

Sponsor may place one 8.5" x 11" or smaller single page insert into bags (sponsor supplies insert)

Notepads and Pens - $2,500 + Cost of Pads and Pens

Circulate your logo throughout the week on notepads and pens for technical session attendees. Sponsor supplies pads and pens to be distributed at the Technical Meeting.

Technical Session Breakfast - $2,000 + Cost of Breakfast

Host breakfast for all Technical Session attendees on the day of your choice. Sponsors may choose the type of breakfast (continental, buffet or served).

Acknowledgement poster with sponsor logo at breakfast
Company literature and/or promotional items may be placed on tables
Special mention in meeting literature
Right of first refusal on this sponsorship for the next exposition

Rubber Expo Sponsorship Policies

Please call 330.972.7815 or email to inquire about availability. In all cases, full payment for sponsorship is due within 30 days. To cancel your sponsorship and receive a refund, the Rubber Division, ACS office must be notified in writing. No sponsorship cancellations and/or refunds will be made after any sponsorship benefits have taken effect. Rubber Division, ACS reserves the right to change or withdraw any of these sponsorship opportunities at any time and without prior notice.

Technical Session Luncheon - $2,000 + Cost of Lunch

Host lunch for all Technical Session attendees on the day of your choice. Sponsors may choose type of lunch (boxed, buffet or served).

Sponsorship benefits include:

Acknowledgement poster with sponsor logo for coffee station
Company literature and/or promotional items may be placed on tables
Special mention in meeting literature
Right of first refusal on this sponsorship for the next exposition
