We take your privacy very seriously. We do not sell, share or rent any personally identifying information about you without your permission. If you have any questions or concerns about this privacy policy, please contact us. We will respond to any requests for information about our privacy policy within 72 hours of receipt of the e-mail message (excluding weekends).

Anonymous Information Gathered Automatically

We automatically collect and store the following anonymous information about your visit:

The Internet domain (for example, "xcompany.com" if you use a private Internet access account, or "yourschool.edu" if you connect from a university's domain) and IP address (an IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the Web) from which you access our Website;

Personally Identifiable Information

Voluntary contact information is collected on all pages where a product or service is purchased or where more information is requested. For example, we collect mailing information within the Membership Join and Renew pages.

How We Use Information Collected

We use information collected from this site for three purposes:

1. We use the anonymous information gathered automatically by our web server to determine overall site traffic, popularity of areas of the site, what our users are looking for, and from where our users are linking to us.
2. If you submit personal information for the purposes of ordering a product or service, we will use the information to fulfill your order and/or contact you in the event that a question should arise.
3. If you contact us via e-mail with questions about our privacy policy or site, or a request for more information, and request a response, we will use any personally identifiable contact information you provide to respond to your request.
4. E-mail addresses may be used to advertise Rubber Division products or services based on other demographic information (for example, your job title or geographic location) that we feel will benefit you or your company.

We will not use any personally identifiable information in any way not outlined in this privacy policy, including not sharing this information with 3rd parties. This does not include information provided on Rubber Expo registration forms as this information is shared with exhibitors upon request.

We use cookies in the RC&T Online and Members Only areas of the website to maintain your login information and provide appropriate access to these areas.

Security, Intrusion, Detection Language

For site security purposes, and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, we employ software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
