Rubber Division Online Education Policies

Rubber Technology Online Course Refund Policy

  • In order to facilitate a refund for a web course, the student has 30 days to advise the Rubber Division, in writing, that he/she wishes to cancel the course.
  • All course materials must be returned to the Rubber Division in good condition, at which time the Division will refund the registration fee minus a $50 processing fee.
  • If you are past the 30 day limit and you believe that there are mitigating circumstances, those must be submitted in writing and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. However, this is not a guarantee that the Rubber Division will accept the circumstances as a reason for a refund.
  • The above policy applies to all online courses.
  • Please contact the Finance Manager regarding a refund.
